Privacy policy

Effective from 8 October 2026

We look after the data of people who use casa360.es the same way we look after our clients’ homes: carefully and discreetly. Below we explain what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are. We apply the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD 3/2018) and the rules on information society services.

We send commercial information by e-mail or phone only with your consent (Art. 21 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the corresponding rules in your country of residence).

3. Who has access to your data

Your data is seen by the CASA360 team. We never sell it and never share it with our specialists. We use IT service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

Some providers (e.g. Google, Netlify) may process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Just write to info@casa360.es.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or the authority in your country of residence (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl).

7. Do you have to provide your data

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your request or send you launch information. We do not make automated decisions and we do not profile.

casa360.es does not use cookies or similar technologies for tracking or advertising, so we do not show a cookie banner.

9. Messages from Casa en Sol

If the invitation to the survey came in a message from Casa en Sol, Casa en Sol is responsible for that message under its own privacy policy. Answers given in the survey on casa360.es go to CASA360 and are processed under this policy.
